What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website or service places on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, do the same kinds of jobs. They are commonly used to remember your settings, keep you signed in, prevent fraud, and measure how a site is used.
What lmscollectives.com does
This Cookie Policy applies to lmscollectives.com (the "Site"), operated by LMS Collectives, LLC (dba LMS AI Consulting, LMS Travel Group, and LMS Media Group).
As of the date above, the pages on the Site do not set first-party cookies of their own, and we do not run analytics tools, advertising pixels, or behavioral trackers. Because of that, the Site does not show a cookie banner. If we add any of those tools in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before they run.
In short: we do not track you across the web, and we do not sell or share your browsing data for advertising.
Third-party services you may meet
Some features load from, or send you to, other companies. Those companies run their own systems and may set their own cookies or collect technical data such as your IP address. We do not control them, so please check their policies for details.
| Service | Why it is involved |
|---|---|
| Google Fonts | Our page fonts load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads |
| Netlify | Hosts the Site and processes contact and checklist form submissions, and may log standard connection data for security and performance |
| Tally | Hosts our intake questionnaire when you open it |
| TidyCal | Handles call booking when you open a booking link |
| Stripe | Processes payments at checkout and uses cookies and similar technology for security and fraud prevention |
| Instagram, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Collabstr, JoinBrands | Linked from the Site. Each may set cookies once you leave our Site and visit theirs |
| get.lmscollectives.com | A separate resource page we operate. It is hosted separately from this Site, so check that page for any tools it uses |
Your choices
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and show you when a cookie is being set. Blocking third-party cookies will not break our Site.
- Privacy signals. Because we do not track you, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off on our own pages.
- Third-party tools. If you do not want a third party to receive your data, avoid opening its links or forms. You can still reach us by email at leeann@lmscollectives.com.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our Site or the law changes. We will change the "Last updated" date when we do. For how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
Questions about this policy can be sent to leeann@lmscollectives.com.
